Sage Lemon Butter Chicken Piccata
Chicken is a weeknight dinner hero, but listen when we say it doesn’t have to be boring. This version from Half Baked Harvest uses a white wine pan sauce with tons of herbs, lemon, and butter to really enhance the flavor. Alongside your chicken, you’ll whip up a mashed cauliflower (don’t be intimidated, it’s just as simple as potatoes!), with a sprinkling of thyme to tie it all together.

Set your slow cooker in the morning, boil your noodles at dinnertime, and serve up a meal the entire fam will love.
Orzo with Caramelized Vegetables and Ginger
If rice and pasta had a baby, it would be orzo. It’s one of our absolute favorite pastas to cook with, and this fun, seasonal recipe is no exception. You’ll be incorporating some hearty fall veggies like sweet potatoes, onions, mushrooms, and swiss chard. The result? Dinnertime perfection.

Pumpkin Spice Braided Brioche Knots
Full disclosure: this recipe isn’t necessarily for the beginners. It starts with making your own brioche dough (an adventure in and of itself), and there’s a good bit of technique involved throughout the process. But if you’re up for a challenge, we promise these gorgeous pumpkin spice knots won’t disappoint.
