Elevated Old & New
In the kitchen, a blend of old and new creates an elevated look and feel, complete with mixed wood tones, brass detailing, and vintage-inspired appliances. Danielle worked with a local woodworker to create custom walnut cabinets designed to utilize every square inch of this compact kitchen. To make the most of the space, one side of the cabinetry even has a curved end detail for stair access.
Custom Kitchen Details
A walnut hood range, brass pot filler, and imperfectly perfect hand-formed tile tie the design together and bring a warm feeling to the heart of the home. Rather than incorporating a walk-in pantry, Danielle opted for a built-in storage pantry cabinet to utilize the space best and provide added storage for the homeowners.
Cozy Layers in The Living Room
Two sofas in contrasting upholstery materials center the living space and bring added comfort to the room while balancing a large wooden coffee table for displaying favorite reads and holding daily essentials. A mix of layered lighting, textiles, and accessories brings the room to life and helps tell the clients’ stories.
A Moody Mudroom
Cloudy wallpaper perfectly complements the moody cabinetry color in this mudroom, designed for hanging coats, storing boots, and stowing away everyday necessities. A gold-rimmed flush mount warms up the space and brings in the finish of the cabinetry hardware, while herringbone tile adds some interest and charm.
