A Mediterranean-Transitional Retreat in Paradise Valley
Completed in 2023, the Delos Circle residence brings together Mediterranean architecture, transitional style, and a focus on livable luxury. Designed by Britany Simon Design House with Tinker Development, the home spans 8,000 square feet and was created for a pair of empty nesters—new grandparents who wanted a space that would welcome their children and grandchildren for years to come.
Originally conceived as a spec home, the couple purchased the property early enough in construction to personalize every detail. The result is a warm, inviting retreat with timeless finishes, layered textures, and a soft green palette that flows throughout, making the house feel cohesive yet full of distinct character.

From Spec to Signature
Originally designed as a spec home, the property was purchased early enough in construction for the clients to infuse their personalities into every detail. Working closely with Britany and her team, they reimagined the interiors into a deeply personal, layered, and intentional space.

“They wanted the home to feel like a cozy haven, but still dressed up and elegant,” Britany explains. “We struck the perfect balance—layering warmth and comfort with refined details and elevated finishes.”
That balance is evident from the moment you step inside. Natural wood cabinetry, beamed ceilings, and honed stone surfaces mingle effortlessly with elegant metal accents. A soft thread of green—ranging from deep moss to airy sage—runs throughout the home, uniting the spaces while keeping each one distinct.
A Space Made for Gathering
The great room embodies the home’s spirit of togetherness. CR Laine swivel chairs, upholstered in an abstract-patterned fabric, are perfectly positioned to pivot between watching the grandchildren in the pool and soaking up Camelback Mountain views.

The dining room is a masterclass in contrasts: a vintage Eloquence mirror, rich with patina, hangs above streamlined furnishings, all grounded by a modern light fixture. It’s a room that feels equally at home hosting a formal dinner or a casual Sunday brunch.

Rooms with Personality
Some of the home’s most charming spaces are those designed with family in mind. The custom “Teen Room” offers a playful gallery wall of Soicher Marin artwork, adding pops of color and eclectic energy. In the bunk room, a hand-illustrated forest scene wallpaper from Moth Paper transforms the space into a magical hideaway for the grandchildren—a place to dream, play, and plot their next adventure.

Even the powder bath makes a statement, wrapped in Dunn-Edwards’ Foggy Day for a moody, sophisticated moment.
Designed to Endure
In an era of fleeting trends, Britany’s vision was rooted in longevity. “We consciously avoided trends, opting instead for enduring materials and classic silhouettes that will age beautifully over time,” she says.
Accessories sourced from Global Views mingle with the clients’ travel treasures, creating a layered, storied look that feels like it’s evolved naturally over decades. Every corner holds something worth pausing for—a sculptural vase, a textured throw, a glimpse of green that ties it all together.

An Invitation to Stay
Delos Circle is a newly built home designed to feel welcoming from day one. By combining classic materials, thoughtful details, and spaces made for gathering, Britany Simon created a place that reflects her clients’ lifestyle and priorities.

From the swivel chairs in the great room to the storybook wallpaper in the bunk room, every element was chosen with comfort, beauty, and longevity in mind. It’s a home designed for connection—one that’s ready for family holidays, casual weekends, and everything in between.
